Cost Accounting Analyst II
The Cost Analyst II role will be responsible for contributing to the development and maintenance of unit cost information that supports measurement of profitability from a product, geographic and organizational perspective. This role will contribute to the development and maintenance of unit cost information that supports measurement of profitability from a product, geographic, & organizational perspective. It will require working with business line & operating unit managers throughout the organization as well as within Finance and IS support.
Position Responsibilities:


  • Complete Activity Based Cost studies for somewhat complex internal operating units as assigned. Requires thorough expense and activity analysis.
  • Work with product managers and finance colleagues to identify, retrieve and analyze automated sources of revenue data.
  • Utilize cost and revenue data to develop methodologies for product profit modeling Maintenance of monthly allocation process, addressing any organizational changes, such as move/merges & cost centers.
  • Collect, format, and submit manual allocation volumes on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and provide various profitability reports for assigned departments/products.
  • Work with business line & operating unit managers throughout the organization as well as within Finance and IS support.

Position Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 1 year of experience using MIS OR financial reporting/systems tools such as Hyperion
  • 1 year of experience in building financial models
  • 1 year of experience managing a small to medium projects
  • 1 year of experience utilizing Microsoft Office including intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, charts)

Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday Salary: To Be Determined Based on Individual Experience
