Description This resource will be supporting the Network for the Transmissions group at TVA. They are finalizing a new control center build out in Georgetown, TN. This is anticipated to be completed in early 2025. This person will be supporting the current Network Infrastructure as well as the additional workload once the environment gets built out. Day to day: In the beginning- -Knowledge transfer with different team members, shadow the team, learn the infrastructure they have and understand the day to day tasks. They have an aggressive patching evaluation process. -Once candidates are cleared, then it turns into self managed tasks around monitoring networks, troubleshooting networking and telecom issues, and additional project work. They are primarily a Cisco shop with some virtualized networking in VMware. This team is not micromanaged and expected to do what they need to do. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $42.02 - $52.25 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
