Seeking a Call Center Representative to join our Troy team. This role involves handling 60 to 70 inbound and outbound calls daily, assisting members with banking-related inquiries, account maintenance, and sales-related questions.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Assist members with account maintenance and sales-related questions. * Provide information on MSGCU services, policies, and virtual service channels. * Perform member service and teller functions, including processing transactions and loan applications. * Assist with automated services, debit/credit card orders, and internet banking. * Handle IRA and certificate of deposit transactions. * Respond to correspondence within established standards. *Qualifications:* * 2 to 3 years of call center experience in a sales/goal/production environment. * Ability to multitask using multiple screens and talking while typing. * High school Diploma. * Preference experience in financial services, banking, or credit union roles. *Benefits:* * $500 bonus after 45 days. * Amazing benefits, including a $7 monthly medical plan covering the whole family. * 2 days work from home after 3 months of employment. * 15 PTO days and 12 holidays in the first year, increasing to 20 PTO days in the second year. *Schedule:* * Monday-Wednesday: 8am-5pm * Thursday: 8am-6pm * Friday: 8am-7pm * Saturday: 8am-1pm (Rotating, remote after 3 months *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $45760.00 Great Benefit Package - 15 days of PTO and 11 Paid Holidays.
