Job Overview: Sales Development Representatives (SDR) will support business segment growth by qualifying inbound leads via proactive outbound telephone, email, and social outreach methods. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs will have an exceptional understanding of the sales process and will use those skills to qualify potential customers. This person will identify solutions within the Lexia portfolio of products that will allow schools/districts to overcome their challenges. Ideal SDRs will provide a seamless handoff of qualified leads to sales to generate new business opportunities and work to exceed territory and larger organizational business goals.
