SUMMARY:

Employee Experience and Learning & Development Intern
We are seeking a motivated intern to support our Employee Experience and Learning & Development team. This role offers hands-on experience in employee engagement, learning initiatives, and workplace improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities



  1. Employee Engagement, Policy Support, and Data Analysis



  • Assist in analyzing engagement survey results, identifying trends, and preparing summaries.
  • Conduct research and gather market data for benchmarking and improvement initiatives.
  • Generate and manage reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Format and organize policies and procedures to align with company standards.



2. Platform and System Maintenance



  • Update and organize internal portals to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
  • Support backend updates and administration within the Learning Management System (LMS).


3. Training and Project Coordination



  • Assist in coordinating training sessions, including scheduling, communication, and logistics.
  • Provide project support for Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives and related deliverables.


4. Creative Content Development



  • Use Canva to design visually engaging materials for internal communications, training, and projects.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials for project launches and initiatives to drive awareness and engagement.


Qualifications



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, LMS, or survey platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
