Vantive: A New Company Built on Our Legacy Your Role: This position is responsible for leading, managing, and directing a sales team comprised of Territory Business Managers and Therapy Development Specialist to achieve the financial and business objectives of the region. As a sales leader, this role will have full accountability to the region's quota for disposables and capital sales in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan. This individual is responsible for implementing business strategies, personnel development, directing and monitoring the daily sales activities of the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction related to sales activities. The product portfolio includes innovative technologies and therapies for continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), and Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE). The preferred locations for the Territory Business Manager are Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City, Boise, Denver, Colorado Springs, or Phoenix What you will be doing:

To that end, this position has a base salary range of $150,000 to $165,000 plus a commission target. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
