- Assist in the development, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of an ISO / IATF compliant QMS in Rohnert Park.
- Responsible for handling all measurement equipment.
- Manage and maintain calibration schedule for all measurement tools and equipment.
- Inspect non-conforming products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct inspection of received materials and components.
- Standard work and ad hoc responsibilities as defined by organizational priorities and standards.
- Workflow determined by internal and external customer requirements.
- 2-3 years of experience with Associates Degree in Sciences
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe, MRP systems, Enovia (or other ECR/ECO system) and email.
- Prefer familiarity with electronics, motors, electro-mechanical products, product documentation, and regulatory agency requirements.
- Familiarity with production/manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in problem solving methodologies, preferably 8D or A3.
- Must be able to ensure process adherence (ISO-9001 and IATF - 16949).
- Strong team player and able to work with people across different functions
- Able to learn quickly and work effectively without direct supervision.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at once with limited guidance.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Six sigma experience or certification is a plus
- Self-motivated and the ability to re-prioritize tasks to meet organizational needs
- Strong inter-personal skills to coordinate efforts with all disciplines within the Division.
