This position will be with National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE with a hybrid 50% in the office work environment. This position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship. #LI-Hybrid / #LI-Onsite

What will you do?

• The IT Service Engineer serves as an IT Desktop Support team member.

• Coordinate the installation, management and troubleshooting of AV for conference rooms in a corporate environment.

• Answer questions and trains others on related problems.

• Assist others in the physical configuration and set up for the workstations.

• Additional responsibilities include endpoint support, patching escalations, SCCM, and desktop management.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

• 3+ years related work experience

• Experience with corporate AV set up and troubleshooting

• Workstation hardware component knowledge

• Excellent communication and customer service

Who would excel in this role?

• Experience with Microsoft SCCM

• Patching and vulnerability remediation

• Active Directory/GPO knowledge

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

• ServiceNow knowledge
