This role offers a balanced mix of development and automated testing, with opportunities to work on exciting projects and new technologies. Responsibilities: * Development/Automated Testing (50:50): * Utilize Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET C# (foundational knowledge required) * Engage in mobile development (a plus as the team plans to expand in this area) * Implement automated testing using Appium, Selenium, API testing, and UI testing * Explore potential AI applications in testing * Use LambdaTest (nice to have) * Apply containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker (nice to have) * Team Collaboration: * Work in an automation-focused team with a collaborative and team-oriented culture * Participate in team events and celebrations * Project Involvement: * Contribute to multiple projects, introducing new frameworks and products * Share and transfer knowledge, impacting crucial testing processes Skills and Qualifications: * Technical Skills: * Microsoft Visual Studio * .NET C# * Appium * Selenium * API Testing * UI Testing * LambdaTest (nice to have) * Kubernetes and Docker (nice to have) * Additional Skills: * Financial background (nice to have) * Team-oriented, collaborative, eager to learn, and personable Interview Process: * Initial phone screen * Second round on-site interview * IKMs requested for all candidates in C# or other applicable technologies If you're ready to take on new challenges and be part of a team that values collaboration and innovation, we encourage you to apply! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00 Vacation Leave Accrues at the rate of eighteen (18) to thirty (30) days per year depending on length of service with the company. Parental Leave Six (6) weeks of 100% paid time off for bonding (eligible on day one of employment) Six (6) weeks of 100% paid time off for recovery (eligible on day one of employment) Caregiver Leave 80 hours of 100% paid time off to care for an eligible family member Holidays FCSAmerica recognizes eleven (11) holidays. Adoption Assistance Up to $6,000 reimbursed per child for Adoption Assistance. Health Care Optional medical coverage provides two consumer-driven health plans (CDHPs) that can be paired with a tax-advantage Health Savings Account (HSA). Each plan has different deductibles and different out-of-pocket limits, prescription and preventative coverage. Dental Insurance Optional dental plan with two plan designs. Basic plan coverage provides diagnostic, preventive, and basic care benefits. Comprehensive plan coverage provides all of the above, plus coverage for major services and orthodontia. Deductibles and annual benefit maximums apply to both plan designs. Spending Accounts Optional spending accounts allow payroll deductions to be made on a pre-tax basis to pay for health-care expenses not covered by the medical or dental plans and/or dependent-care expenses. Vision Care Plan Optional program coverage allows employees and their dependents to buy vision benefits on a pre-tax basis. Worker's Compensation This plan pays the costs for any job-related injury or illness. It also has provisions for payment in case of death, time off due to disability, and rehabilitation training. Employer Fixed Contribution Plan Employer-funded plan whereby Farm Credit Services of America contributes to employee 401(k) accounts in amounts equal to 3% of their covered compensation each pay period. 401(k) Plan Optional plan allows employees to participate in the 401(k) plan. Employees may contribute 1 to 75% of salary on either a pre-tax or after-tax basis unless limited by IRS regulations. A variety of different funds are available for investment purposes. The employer matches $1 for $1 on the first 6% contributed. New employees will automatically be enrolled for a 6% contribution to their 401(k) from their paycheck. This contribution will automatically increase 1% annually until the amount reaches 15%. New employees have the ability, however, to change the percent or opt out of the initial 6% automatic contribution. Basic Life Insurance Basic Employee Life Insurance, including an equal amount of Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage is provided by the employer at one time the employee's benefits-eligible earnings. Employees also have the option to purchase additional Basic Employee Life Insurance/ AD&D Insurance in the amount of 1x benefits-eligible earnings. These premiums are paid by the employee. Group Universal Life - GUL Optional program allows employees to buy additional term life insurance at group rates. Employees may enroll dependents also. Optional Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Optional insurance allows employees to purchase AD&D coverage in incremental amounts of $25,000 - up to 10 times current base salary, to a maximum of $750,000. The plan covers employees or employees and their families in the event of a death or dismemberment as a result of an accident. Business Travel Accident Insurance This employer-paid insurance covers accidental death or dismemberment that may occur while traveling on company business. This is equal to three times the employee's benefits eligible earnings. Unemployment Compensation Employer makes payment into a state fund that provides unemployment payments to eligible employees when unemployed. Social Security The federal government administers this program that provides benefits related to retirement, death or disability. There is also a health-care provision intended mainly for persons age 65 or over. The employer and employee pay equal amounts toward funding this program. Short-Term Disability If disabled due to a medical reason, employee is eligible for short-term disability benefits when all sick leave has been depleted. The payment is 60% of covered monthly salary and is taxable income. This pay may continue until the employee is able to return to work or until the 180-day waiting period has been met for long-term disability. Long-term Disability If disabled due to a medical reason, an employee may apply for employer-paid long-term disability. The insurance company determines eligibility. If eligible, employee must be disabled for 180 days before benefits commence at 66-2/3% of covered monthly salary up to $20,000 per *Workplace Type* This is a hybrid position in Omaha,NE. *Application Deadline* This position will be accepting applications until Jan 21, 2025.
