Summary:

This position supports the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the company's cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) system across all business units, globally. Provides functional expertise for the support, maintenance of all production and test/development of HCM and other HR software systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to global HR Systems strategy and roadmap to support current and future business needs.
  • Manage product lifecycle through user story creation and backlog prioritization
  • Serve as project manager for system/module implementations, including design, development, testing, and documentation.
  • Provide production support, including researching, troubleshooting, and resolving HR systems problems like report generation, documentation of process & system changes, management of system and data integrity including quality, accuracy, and usability of associate data and related interfaces.
  • Partner closely with HR and Business leaders to ensure HR systems and reporting are meeting current needs and are aligned to support current and future business objectives; leverage delivered reports to enable enterprise visibility and analysis of workforce data; create new reports and dashboards as necessary.
  • Maintain all HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation tables necessary to administer the database.
  • Manage the integrity and stability of HR systems applications; data management, reporting, upgrades, enhancements and system controls.
  • Provide direction, guidance, training, and development to the HR department and end users of all HR applications. In collaboration with Business Process Owners and Training leadership, build training materials, conduct and/or support HCM system training.
  • Continuously improve technical delivery processes and toolsets through active inquiry, collaboration or learning from technical experts.
  • Advocate for and continuously improve Agile methodologies to enhance project management and software delivery.
  • Facilitate continuous deployment practices to ensure timely and efficient software updates and feature releases.
  • Apply product management and UI/UX strategies to align HR systems with business goals and positive employee experience.
  • Other duties as assigned

Other information:

Education / Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Information Systems, or Computer Science preferred.
    • 5+ years technical Business Analysis experience with managing and deploying HRIS or equivalent internal applications.
    • Strong functional knowledge and experience with HR business processes to formulate recommendations in systems design, break/fix, testing, etc.
    • Previous experience managing multiple software application enhancement projects through successful delivery.
    • Experience as the project lead for at least one major systems upgrade or implementation including integration solutions.
    • Experience with Report Development and automation configuration. Data dashboard design and deployment experience a plus.
    • HR data and information analysis experience desirable, with experience researching and analyzing information related to people processes.
    • Through lived experiences, awareness of product management skills, including product lifecycle management, user story creation, and backlog prioritization preferred.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban preferred.
    • Knowledge and/or experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts preferred.
    • Experience with Infor technology preferred.
    • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or Infor BIRST a plus.

  • Analytical and detail orientation to solve complex problems thorough root cause or break/fix analyses.
  • Ability to build relationships with global business partners/operational managers and colleagues. Works effectively to build team relationships in a highly collaborative, high performing, virtual environment.
  • Ability to assess and appropriately communicate risk, by thinking ahead to anticipate problems, solutions and communication strategy.
  • Ability to stay abreast of the latest technologies and drive their implementation where appropriate.
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge required (including use of formulas, pivot tables and data analysis functionality), PowerPoint, Word.
  • Adaptability - able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and able to deal with frequent change.
  • Ability to apply independent judgment on a regular basis in making decisions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with experimenting and growing AI skill set.
  • Ability to support a global business operation as required.

Hybrid/Remote Work Environment

  • Work Hours: Must be available to work 9 AM to 5 PM MST, Monday through Friday with flexibility to support global business partners.
  • Home Office Setup: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Communication Expectations: Daily stand-up meetings and regular collaboration sessions throughout the day via video calls.
  • Dependent care: Arrangements should be made to ensure dependents do not interfere with work responsibilities.
  • Adherence to Company Network Security: The network connection and access to company information must comply with all company security protocols to protect sensitive information.

Compensation Range: $89,956.000 to $134,934.000 USD Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.
