Account Service Specialist

The Account Services Specialist is responsible for service contract management, customer relations, and customer service and support aspects for assigned customer accounts. We are looking for a candidate who has strong interpersonal and communication skills, is detail oriented, and a team player.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and manage customers Maintenance/Saas/NaaS/Subscription service contracts and ensure annual contract renewals are processed accurately and on-time

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned customer accounts and internal personnel

• Assume ownership for pre- and post-sales support issues initiated by customer and internal personnel

• Make independent decisions and commitments to customer regarding service contract questions and issues

• Work with customers, sales, support, and other resources to provide deliverables to enhance customer relationships and meet customer expectations

• Identifies process gaps and improvement opportunities and use good judgement and initiative to come up with solutions and execute them

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or high school diploma and equivalent combination of experience and training

• 4 years' experience in a Customer Service environment

• MS Office Suite knowledge - specifically Excel and Word

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience supporting customer relationships

• Oracle and Salesforce knowledge

• Advanced or Expert MS Office Suite knowledge

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience. Liberty Lake, WA: The base salary for this position is $77,968 - $148,000. This position also includes a competitive benefit package including; financial, social, health and wellbeing programs, paid vacation, 401k matching, employee stock purchase program and more!
