Position Overview: The HRIS Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing and visualizing HR data to inform strategic decision-making. This role focuses on leveraging Tableau, Power BI, and advanced analytics tools, including AI/ML models, to create actionable reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR data analytics, technical expertise in HRIS platforms, and experience handling sensitive employee information. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to provide insights into HR data trends.
- Analyze HRIS data (PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar platforms) to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensuring data insights align with business objectives.
- Utilize AI/ML techniques to enhance predictive reporting capabilities.
- Safeguard sensitive employee data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.
- Prepare compelling presentations of data findings for senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, HR Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS data analytics, with expertise in Tableau and Power BI.
- Proficiency in handling and analyzing sensitive HR data.
- Experience working with PeopleSoft, SAP, or other HRIS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and present data insights effectively. A portfolio or screenshots of dashboards created is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with AI/ML reporting tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
