Who We Are

We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.

The Role

This is an 8-week program from June 10th through August 13th.

Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Hybrid schedule: Must be capable to work on-site 2-3 days per week at the National Campus - Orlando.

Hourly rate: $16.00

The USTA Collegiate department collaborates with partners such as the NCAA and ITA to grow collegiate tennis, supporting players and coaches through events, resources, and educational programs. As an intern, you will:

    Assist in preparations for the 2025 Fall NCAA Individual Tournament hosted at the National Campus.
  • Provide administrative support for collegiate initiatives, including US Open Credentials and Team of Champions (TOC) programs.
  • Manage projects related to collegiate and high school tennis, including partnership events with the ITA.
  • Support recruiting education efforts for junior players and their families.
Who You Are
  • Knowledgeable: Familiar with college athletics, including intramural, club, and varsity sports. Tennis knowledge is a plus.
  • Innovative Thinker: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with creative solutions.
  • Organized: Highly detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Team-Oriented: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a collaborative demeanor.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite and other digital tools.
