Job Title: Compliance Professional Location(s): Malvern, PA (Primarily remote 1 day a week in Malvern) Job Description: This position will report to the NAM Compliance Senior Director and will assist the Aggregate Spend Tracking and Reporting (ASTAR) Team in resolving/addressing compliance and transparency issues as well as implement and support the compliance strategies of Organization. Researches, analyzes, and remediates aggregate spend-relevant data as well as other compliance-related data using statistical and data analytics methods to create information on company's nancial records (e.g., Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses, Accounts Payable expenses, and other source systems). Assists in the creation and management of data assets, reports, and/or metrics to track, monitor, and audit compliance-related data used to communicate to various internal and/or external stakeholders. Strong monitoring and auditing skills to review post-event details, conduct data validations (e.g., NPI reviews) and assist with employee follow-up as necessary. Carries out ad hoc projects in support of the NAM Compliance team as necessary, including providing assistance/guidance for employees on various compliance topics. Requirement: This position requires an experienced professional who is expected to contribute to and deliver compliance-related processes, in a self-managed and target oriented manner, and thus contributes to team results. These processes and technology solutions include: Monitoring and auditing of the company's Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses, Accounts Payable expenses, and other source systems. Integrity review and remediation of aggregate spend data via the use of third-party vendor transparency reporting tools, Microsoft Of ce (particularly Excel & Access), etc. Tracking and communicating various compliance training activities provided to company employees. Analysis and presentation of various compliance tracking data for stakeholder review. Assists with the development and facilitation of ASTAR related training/training materials for the commercial business. Assist with ad hoc travel requirements of Compliance Officers. Committed to promoting Company mission and values. Skills for the position shall include: Strong knowledge in the following: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Strong written/analytical/verbal communication skills. Capability to interact with all levels of personnel including management. Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing information and applying policies. Strong results orientation-accuracy. Excellent and detailed research and analytical skills. Works well under pressure with recognition of time deadlines imposed by management, with time-effective skills to meet these deadlines. Required Skills: Must-Have Skills MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Strong written, analytical, and verbal communication skills. Analytic, data, research, managing data of metrics regarding spend, breakdown. Auditing skills, validation of data. Additional Information: Monitoring compliance helpline, routine, report healthcare professional spends, researching. Working within a small team (4 people). Weekly department meetings.
