This position will report to the NAM Compliance Senior Director and will assist the Aggregate Spend Tracking and Reporting (ASTAR) Team in resolving/addressing compliance and transparency issues as well as implement and support the compliance strategies of Organization. Researches, analyzes, and remediates aggregate spend-relevant data as well as other compliance-related data using statistical and data analytics methods to create information on company's nancial records (e.g., Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses, Accounts Payable expenses, and other source systems). Assists in the creation and management of data assets, reports, and/or metrics to track, monitor, and audit compliance-related data used to communicate to various internal and/or external stakeholders. Strong monitoring and auditing skills to review post-event details, conduct data validations (e.g., NPI reviews) and assist with employee follow-up as necessary. Carries out ad hoc projects in support of the NAM Compliance team as necessary, including providing assistance/guidance for employees on various compliance topics. Requirement: This position requires an experienced professional who is expected to contribute to and deliver compliance-related processes, in a self-managed and target oriented manner, and thus contributes to team results.
