Scope

The Cost and Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting cost and pricing activities for the North America Aerospace and Defense business unit.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare Cost & Pricing Data (CAPA/COPD) for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and Assembly proposal packages in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), and TTM Internal Requirements.
  • Assist with the development of and maintain standardized business unit processes for inputs to Cost and Pricing proposal packages (labor, materials, yields, etc.) from TTM US locations including local site operations, engineering, quality, purchasing and sales teams.
  • Work with TTM Supply Chain or in some cases directly with TTM suppliers in procuring material quotes with terms and conditions applicable to proposal validity requirements.
  • Assist in responding to customer/government review and audit requests for submitted Cost and Pricing data and Annual Rate packages. Participate in audit review meetings with customer's auditors.
  • Assess and improve the adequacy of data gathering methods utilized to ensure accuracy and completeness of costing elements.
  • Support business transparency by providing TTM Management and customers with reliable data.
  • Provide other cost and business planning support to management as required including presentations and reporting.
  • Assist with internal financial and operational audits to assess compliance with company policies and internal controls as well as applicable laws and regulations.
  • May be required to travel to the TTM US locations and/or US based customer and supplier locations.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

  • Must be extremely proficient with MS Excel spreadsheets especially using formulas.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Financial and cost accounting fundamentals preferred.
  • Experience with TCOPD (TINA certified) proposals, CAS, FAR, and DFAR preferred.
  • Experience in PCB manufacturing is a plus.
  • Must have strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Must be able to work both independently and as a team member.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, problem solve and meet deadlines.
  • Strong data mining and entry skills required.

Required Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred, or equivalent work experience

Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, Cost Accounting and/or Finance a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$55,449 - $92,415

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
