This position involves analyzing, designing, building, and implementing business solutions. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, creating cost-effective solutions, maintaining existing systems, and providing technical support. * Strong knowledge of IT principles, system designs, and software development life cycle best practices. * Ability to work independently in a professional team setting. * Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. * Create and maintain development artifacts (e.g., use cases, user stories, process flows, technical specifications). * Prepare materials for design reviews and product sessions. * Assist clients with testing system enhancements. * Provide targeted technical support and troubleshooting. Technical Skills: * Proficiency in .Net technologies such as C#. * Experience with MS Cloud development suites (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Graph API). * Knowledge of HTML5, XML, Sass/CSS, JavaScript/Typescript. * Preferred: Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and frameworks like React, Angular JS, or Vue.js. * SQL Server 2012 and relational database design experience. * Familiarity with source control tools like GIT or TFS. * Python and JavaScript programming skills are a plus. "Must have" skill sets (technical/functional): 1. Strong .NET skills with web and mobile development 2. Power Platform Skills 3.
