We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! The Digital Marketing Specialist will support digital marketing efforts across multiple brands/business lines under the MCS umbrella and contribute to the marketing team's analysis of said efforts to aid in defining future strategic direction. This role is responsible for developing and executing a strategy to manage multiple social media platforms, including creating static and video content, engaging with followers, monitoring interactions, running paid advertising campaigns and analyzing data. You will also assist the Director of Digital Marketing with website updates; email marketing campaigns; SEO; competitive research and other digital efforts, all while aligning with the brand's overall marketing goals. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Hubspot and how digital marketing efforts tie into the larger marketing program.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Social Media: Produce creative social media content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy to include graphics, photography, and short-form videos across multiple brands/business lines. Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, including promotional offers, contests, and SME collaborations.
  • Community Management: Respond to (or escalate) comments, direct messages, and inquiries from followers, addressing customer concerns and fostering positive interactions.
  • Analytics and reporting: Monitor marketing performance using analytics tools to track key metrics and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Trend analysis: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and algorithms to optimize strategies and adapt to changes in the digital landscape.
  • Website & Email Marketing: Assist with the production and optimization of emails and landing pages (Hubspot) and general website maintenance (Wordpress) across the MCS family of brands.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business team owners and other marketing team members to develop content and relevant messaging that aligns digital marketing efforts with overall marketing/business strategy.

Competencies:
  • Excellent working knowledge of key social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Strong digital content creator skills: Storytelling, video editing, and graphic design
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a flexible and production oriented environment
  • Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient to advanced PC Skills including (but not limited to) MS Word, MS Excel, email, internet and customized database management
  • Must demonstrate organization and prioritization skills to manage time
  • Self starter with the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment / adaptability to change
  • Proactive thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Relationship management; ability to establish and maintain credibility with business constituents at all levels
Education and Experience:

Education: Four-year degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience in a similar environment

Experience Preferred:

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, campaign management
  • Experience with Hootsuite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and Monday.com preferred
