Software Systems Intern

Description

Leidos Corporate Office of Technology has an opening for a highly motivated and talented Software System Intern to support our software accelerator. As an intern, you will assist us in achieving a variety of efforts that are central to our success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to assist in software development processes.

• Provide support in developing, testing, and deploying web applications.

• Help in debugging and resolving problems in the software system.

• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

• Participate in monitoring and maintaining the internal development infrastructure.

• Develop and implement system improvements and procedures that optimize productivity.

• Collect and analyze data

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and project managers

• Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies

• A strong passion for software development and coding

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
