Position Overview:

To provide customer service actions and perform intake processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to the Program Support Center (PSC/ISBS) Intake Resource mailbox on a daily basis
  • Retrieve and review submitted security packages for on-board processing for all assigned personnel
  • Provide customer service and status to sponsors, security liaisons, applicants, and contractors concerning submission of security packages
  • Track security packages to ensure accurate processing
  • Update PSC/ISBS multiple security databases on a daily basis
  • Must be able to multiple task and adapt to a fast pace environment
  • Perform other basic customer service administrative functions

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years' experience reviewing and processing on-boarding paperwork as well as accessing and updating security databases.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
