DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is looking for a Post Superintendent to join the team for utility scale solar projects. This role involves 95% travel on-site supporting construction of 10-300MW utility scale solar PV plants and includes per diem and monthly home trips. This role does not provide VISA sponsorship. Our Team DEPCOM's Project Delivery Organization executes full turnkey PV and BESS plants with collection substations and generations transmission lines. We utilize preferred partnerships with key vendors and subcontractors while coordinating with interconnection utilities across the nation. What You Will Do * Oversee and manage subcontractors installing posts * Identify, plan and mitigate schedule delays, quality control, safety hazards, and other site related issues * Ensure subcontractors work and site conditions are congruent with plans, specifications, and contracts * Install routes on the GPS system on the PD-10s * Oversee and manage the maintenance on owned PD-10s Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Utility scale solar experience * Experience installing posts * Valid drivers license At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
