As a Bio-Rad Senior SAP Technical Lead, you will specialize in APO and Planning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide strategic solutions. Lead project meetings, review technical designs, and oversee the implementation of APO and planning solutions. A typical day includes troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring deliverables align with project timelines and organizational goals.

How You Will Make an Impact:



  • Lead end-to-end SAP APO and planning projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to streamline supply chain planning processes.
  • Drive innovation by implementing best practices and staying updated with SAP technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical expertise within the team.


What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 10+ years of SAP development experience with at least 8 years in SAP APO and planning modules.
  • Proven track record of leading projects and delivering SAP solutions in complex environments.
  • Expertise in Advanced Planning Optimizer (APO), GATP, BI, Demand Planning, and Supply Network Planning.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP development, including enhancements, reports, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Skills:
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP HANA, Fiori, and other related SAP tools is a plus.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in SAP technologies and methodologies.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $130,200 to $179,100 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.

*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
