We are currently seeking a Data Center Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
Our team's priorities are: Supporting the exponential growth of our business by providing top, diverse talent in a fast paced environment Promoting JLL's brand, values, and culture Applying new technology and data to drive change ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for managing skilled trade candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle, including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, referrals, counseling, negotiating, offering, and marketing the firm's attributes Create and execute a recruitment plan for various roles from entry to executive level. Develop relationships with colleges and universities, veteran associations, and additional key recruiting contacts. Provide monthly recruiting metrics for internal and external client reporting Work with the HR Business Partner(s) and/or business unit hiring managers to clarify job specifications and recruitments to fill current and future hiring needs and modify job descriptions as appropriate. Utilize internet, employee referrals and networking to identify and contact qualified applicants for positions. Develop new sources to identify and proactively build a warm bench of talent, conduct initial call to potential candidates. Work with Director of Talent Acquisition to create best practices for recruiting and participate in special firm wide recruiting initiatives. Create key measures of success and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting efforts. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree with concentration in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing or a minimum 5 years of recruitment experience. Search firm experience, a plus. Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Experience with the Workday applicant tracking system is a HUGE plus. Experience in an industrial or environment recruiting skilled trade candidates and those in the facility management space. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organization Familiar with project management, construction, architecture, and engineering talent populations preferred. Team player who can also work independently and multitask Proven track record of results |
