Buyout, Lease Collection Administrator

Overview

The primary purpose of this position involves processing Buyout quotes for the Sales Field and other internal departments as they relate to internal leases, rentals and 3rd party contracts. The position also fully supports the Lease OPS team with the payment management and collection of the Reverse Lease Pass Through portfolio.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible to prepare well researched and accurate Buyout Quotes:
    • Buyout to Keep
    • Buyout to Return
    • Early Termination quotes
  • Responsible for Term Verification: including term length, unbilled and unpaid invoicing
  • Responsible for saving and storage of buyout quotes
  • Perform a variety of analytical and reporting functions
  • Collection and reconciliation of RLPT portfolio, including customer collection contact
  • Supports Lease OPS with all aspects of RLPT functions

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in credit analysis, financial analysis or related field
  • Familiarity with accounting cycles
  • SAP, and Business Objects Reporting experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills including initiative, tactfulness and ability to work cross functionally
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytic, research, problem solving and skills
  • Intermediate Excel user - must know how to create vertical lookups and input formulas
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, on time, and consistently
