The Office of Human Resources provides leadership in the planning, integration, and implementation of human resource services and programs for faculty, staff, and retirees across all campuses and the health system. Collectively with our campus colleagues, we serve as a strategic and trusted advisor. Support an inclusive and dynamic culture and workforce. As part of the Shared Administrative Services (SAS) Team, this position provides essential support to daily human resources transactional processing, serving over 50,000 active & separated employees, retirees, beneficiaries and dependents. Responsibilities Responsible for administration of multiple transactional tasks, ensuring accurate processing in a timely manner and attention to detail. This includes weekly updating of life plan approvals based on vendor reporting, benefit enrollment adjustments for employees showing duplicate enrollment statuses and completing multiple processes for the timely removal of over-aged dependents. Administration of tuition assistance program. Includes detailed analysis of incoming forms and following written policy for approval or denial. Main administrator for dedicated resource inbox for timely responses and resolution as well as receiving and resolving customer service inquiries through internal ticketing system. Reviewing and analyzing weekly error reporting based on form approvals and initiating error corrections before semester deadlines. Analyze and correct discrepancies received on a weekly report that identifies errors across all benefit plans that affects employee plan enrollment eligibility, vendor file data and employee benefits administration data. Works cross-functionally with Benefits HRIS specialists in performing system testing for set up changes to ensure system is processing as it should. Identify improvement recommendations and participate on policy work teams, contributing knowledge of PeopleSoft, benefits processes and policies. Maintain communications with appropriate stakeholders throughout the process. Generate routine queries to identify life plan inconsistencies and errors as well as Annual Benefits Base Rate (ABBR) discrepancies. Communicate with campuses and oversee correction process by internal teams. Review and update Annual Benefits Base Rate (ABBR) for commissioned employee population on all campuses. A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications

$Salary Range: $21.28 - $24.00 per hour Benefit Eligibility
