Job Summary Job Description Senior Associate, Product Development, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, New York, NY: Collaborate with product, design, development, and other internal stakeholder teams to build a proprietary multi-asset digital platform, balancing enterprise goals with desired end user experiences, associated technology constraints, and regulatory requirements. Proactively source opportunities for analytic tools, isolate potential for differentiation, and develop business cases that clearly outline impact, risk, and strategic alignment based on industry trends. Advise and implement agile methodology and design thinking best practices to structure digital platform deployment teams. Transform digital opportunities into monetizable services by formulating new commercialization strategies. Create project plans and lead agile scrum rituals to ensure integrity and successful delivery of projects with respect to time, scope, resources, and risk. Maintain a repository of materials and information that document the digital journey using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence platforms. Manage and present weekly KPIs using Tableau and Mongo DB Compass databases. Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, $175,000.00 per year. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field and 3 years of related work experience. The base salary for this job is $175,000.00 per year. This salary does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
