Job Details Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION:Manager, EHR Clinical Applications are responsible for oversight of multiple application teams/ analysts. They must be very knowledgeable about the organizations policies, procedures, and business operations and coordinate all issues that arise during installation, maintenance, trouble-shooting, and upgrading for their application areas. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Serves as primary point person for IT manager/ Director for associated application teamsProvides resource allocation/ assignment delegation to analyst staffCollaborates with IST and operational leadership to drive priorities and escalate/ resolve barriers and issuesManages analyst staff (Scheduling, Performance Assessment)Partners with other application teams to drive system integration and efficienciesDevelops / documents procedures for implementing system changes and other tasksServes as a liaison between end users, third parties, and vendorsTroubleshoots problems and questions from end usersAnalysis of application content and negotiation of any user requested modificationsPrepares details of specifications as neededInteracts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of JeffersonOTHER FUNCTIONS AND COMPETENCIES:Designing application configuration along with stakeholdersServing as a liaison between end users, third parties, and vendorsAnalysis of application content and negotiation of any user requested modificationsEDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree preferred._________________________________________________________________________CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION:Relevant application certification(s) preferred_________________________________________________________________________EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:4 + years work experience in healthcare, information systems, or healthcare ITWork Shift Rotating (United States of America)Worker Sub Type RegularPrimary Location Address 833 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States of AmericaNationally ranked, Jefferson, which is principally located in the greater Philadelphia region, Lehigh Valley and Northeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey, is reimagining health care and higher education to create unparalleled value.
