Description
As part of the Finance team, the analyst's primary responsibilities include preparing monthly and quarterly reports, performing ad hoc analyses using custom and off the shelf analytic tools, underwriting acquisitions and company-owned properties and completing special projects/assignments as needed. This position will have a role in helping implement data visualization/business intelligence tools as well as support strategy initiatives. WORK PERFORMED:

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video conferencing equipment. Work is of a general office nature; while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and see; required to use arms and hands to reach; typing on computer keyboard and using phone is required.
