Job Details -
Responsibilities - Answering inbound and outbound telephone calls (Approximately 40 calls a day) - Accurate and timely reporting reflecting daily/weekly activities - Processing Contracts for New Sales-Uploading Documents - Placing orders for Renewal by Andersen product - Scheduling - This task is to get customers scheduled that have purchased a Renewal by Andersen project - Closing out completed installations Qualifications - Customer service experience, required. - Experience taking and directing incoming phone calls. - Time management and organizational skills. - Excellent oral and written communications skills. - High literacy and competency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. - Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment.
