Your impact on the team As a District Sales manager (K-12 Sales), you'll be responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance within the Mid-Atlantic (Maryland, Virginia, and DC) area. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales individuals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals. The District Sales Manager will provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team, helping them improve their skills and performance. Candidates must reside in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington DC. This position requires 75%+ of travel in your territory with some overnights needed. The pay range for this position is between $108,175 - $130,000 annually. Pay range is based on candidate's location and base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
