Brief Summary of Work for this Position |
The Program Coordinator organizes the administrative functions of the National Treatment Court Resource Center (
NTCRC), the country's primary resource hub for treatment court practitioners, researchers, legislators, and funders.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate requests for resources and assistance from NTCRC staff.
- Coordinate meetings among NTCRC staff and other stakeholders.
- Attend NTCRC meetings & record minutes.
- Schedule and manage NTCRC related events (e.g., trainings, webinars, advisory board meetings, conference travel)
- Maintain administrative records.
- Asssist with the on-going collection of performance measurement data.
- Assist with various office matters including answering phones and emails and welcoming clients and visitors.
- Assist with the purchasing of NTCRC office/project supplies, swag items, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned related to the vision, mission and purpose of the NTCRC.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements |
High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work. |
Preferred education, professional skills and experience |
- Graduation from a four-year college or university; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
- Knowledge of federal, state, local and UNCW policies and procedures related to program.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally and through written mediums.
- Ability to compile information for analysis.
