As a Product Line Scheduling and Competency specialist you will be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to maintaining, repairing and refurbishing products, which can include all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), managing maintenance facilities and field services engineering.

As a Product Line Scheduling and Competency specialist, you will also be responsible for:

  • Field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics.
  • Interfacing with the customer service managers on issues escalation.
  • Developing long range forecast for regional resource and/or personnel needs.
  • Developing and executing short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training.
  • Leading and overseeing the scheduling and planning of personnel across various departments or teams for the region.
  • Conducting regular career development discussions with employees to identify goals, strengths, and areas for improvement
  • Serving as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance on career paths and assisting in navigating career progression opportunities within the organization

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
  • 3+ years of experience in Resource Management.
  • 1+ years of experience working with oilfield service tools
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing career development initiatives
  • Have experience in a planning, scheduling, or related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
