The position will work with other team members, ensuring proper data management, reporting, and continuous process improvement. This role ensures compliance with 340B regulations, monitors 340B transactions, and identifies cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, the role involves conducting audits and providing advanced analysis to support decision-making and optimize program performance. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Required qualifications: 1. Current state Pharmacy Technician License. 3. Strong understanding of 340B program regulations, HRSA/OPA guidelines, and manufacturer restrictions. 4. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using 340B software and management platforms. 5. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Preferred qualification: 1. 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) Certification or completion of Apexus 340B University preferred. 2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 3. Ability to navigate EMR systems in acute care and ambulatory care settings, as well as pharmacy management software. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $34.50 to $49.97. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
