Job Description

Characteristic Duties

Answer phones, use radios, correspond as the main contact for the customer Service Center for the Maintenance department. After successful completion of six months employment serve on a rotating basis with other Customer Service Center representatives to provide after hours and weekend coverage of the Customer Service Center emergency phone line.

Enter, track and distribute work orders; data entry with 97% accuracy.

Other general office support, including back-up for answering department telephones, and back up to key shop.

Shift

7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Monday - Friday

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $16.72 - $21.00 per hour

Grade: GGS-007
