Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic, cross-functional corporate real estate team supporting our financial institution client as a part of JLL's Project and Development Services group.

Key Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator at JLL, you will be directly responsible for supporting a construction project
management team to deliver challenging projects. Being forward thinking and consistently demonstrating initiative to adopt new technologies and contribute to efficient processes is key to the impact you will have in this role. You will collect, manage, and prepare project documentation including contracts, budgets, schedules, and meeting minutes. Your interest in construction projects from start to finish will speak to your ability to support your team in delivering interesting and industry changing projects.

Requirements
(2+) years of experience related to construction project management is strongly preferred, but experience supporting commercial real estate professionals in any sector will also be considered.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
Detail oriented and organized with strong analytical skills.
Must be able to identify and manage multiple priorities and have the flexibility to work as part of a team or independently as needed to support the objectives.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
