Under administrative direction, performs work of significant difficulty in providing special medical and consultative care to Boys Town National Research Hospital patients and referral patients. Provides direct medical care and participates as a member of the multi-disciplinary clinic teams.

Job Summary:

In a career as a Pediatric Hospitalist, we have an exciting opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our growing patient care team! Boys Town National Research Hospital is committed to providing life-changing care to patients across the nation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diagnosis and coordinate care of pediatric patients with medical needs admitted to the hospital.

  • Follow-up of consult patients seen in hospital.

  • Collaborate with other BTNRH subspecialty physicians and other staff members to coordinate care for BTNRH patients.

  • Participate in on-call rotation.

  • Displays an enthusiasm and energetic commitment to BTNRH and serves as a role-model in carrying out the Mission, following the Principles and reflecting the Values of Boys Town.

  • Represents Boys Town in the medical community and ensures the provision of high-quality services attracting both physicians and patients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited medical school required.

  • Completion of a Pediatric Residency required.

  • Board Certification in Pediatrics and medical licensure or eligibility in the State of Nebraska required.
