THE JOB:

As a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you'll oversee the excitement and energy of the casino floor, ensuring smooth gameplay and a world-class guest experience. You'll lead and support dealers, interact with players to enhance their enjoyment, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations. This role offers a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to shine!

THE STARTING RATE:$34.81 / hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Game Supervision: Monitor assigned table games to ensure adherence to casino policies and procedures. Identify and address any irregularities or disputes during gameplay.
• Guest Engagement: Interact with players to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Dealer Support: Provide guidance and assistance to dealers as needed. Monitor dealer performance and ensure proper game execution.
• Compliance and Reporting: Stay updated on the MTL (Multiple Transaction Log) and ensure all gaming activities comply with regulations. Complete required documentation and report irregularities to management.
• Team Leadership: Lead by example, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor on the floor. Collaborate with colleagues to optimize table assignments and floor operations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum of 2 years of casino operations experience
• Strong knowledge of table game rules, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional communication and guest service skills.
• Proven ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to varying shifts and operational needs.
