The candidate plays a crucial role in ensuring the success and reliability of the organization's IT infrastructure and applications. The candidate's primary role to lead the design of mission-critical systems, develop API integrations. create consumer-facing web applications, prepare detailed technical specifications for projects, ensure specifications align with project requirements, standards, develop and maintain mission-critical systems. Implement API integrations, build and enhance consumer-facing web applications, ensuring mission-critical applications' reliability and performance for the units such as Street Assessment Unit, Highway Quality Assurance Unit, and Transportation and Planning Management.

Minimum Qualifications

1. A baccalaureate degree in computer science, engineering or a related field from an accredited college and four years of satisfactory full-time experience related to IT automation engineering, monitoring engineering, management of infrastructure; or

2. Eight years of satisfactory full-time experience related to IT automation engineering, monitoring engineering, management of infrastructure;

3. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" or "2" above.

Preferred Skills

-3-5 years of Software development experience using modern development tools and practices such as: MVC, Angular, Web API, Microservices, Webservices, C#, HTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Entity Framework, AngularJS, ASP.NET, .NETCore, React, Bootstrap, GitHub, SQL, software development life cycle (SDLC), software release management.
-Application development using Design Patterns, SQL developer, MVC, Bootstrap, Angular Js, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, JSON, and XML
-Experience with some design patterns (Singleton, MVC, etc.,)
-Experience in WEB API: Proficient in creating and consuming (SOAP and REST) Services
-Experience in Web Services and WCF services
-Impressive problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
-Good communication and analytical skills.
