Summary:
The CRM Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive revenue across America of our global organization. This role plays a pivotal role in developing, implementing, measuring and iterating lifecycle journeys to build personalized customer communication strategies at all touch points. This is a hands-on role with specific focus on engagement of customers through email, SMS, and push notifications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other communication platforms. This is a highly visible role who can deliver impactful results, contributing directly to the growth of the organization by collaborating closely with VP of Marketing, other key commercial disciplines and cross-functional teams.
What you'll do:
- Create and refine hyper engaging and personalized communication strategies for all customers touch points in the mix of automated and and one-off campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications, that increase conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value
- Build a roadmap that leads to increased activation, engagement, and retention of customers across a variety of triggered, targeted, and promotional campaigns
- Develop and launch innovative messaging strategies and solutions to drive customer engagement and retention through key metrics and business drivers
- Analyze cohort performance, identifying opportunities and understanding the "why" behind customer behaviors and develop strategies and testing opportunities to address on-going insights and findings
- Identify key metrics for customer lifecycle value and continuously iterate on ways to enhance and deliver results
- Drive email and mobile marketing execution by partnering with business stakeholders and external resource to develop personalized and engaging content
- Build cross-functional relationships internally and externally, working closely with product and engineering team to launch key customer communication strategies
You should apply if you bring:
- 3 - 5 years of demonstrated experience in building customer communication strategies end-to-end with an understanding of email and mobile marketing (push, in-app and SMS) best practices
- Proven success and proud of delivering highly impactful customer lifecycle journey strategy that directly contributed to the revenue growth
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building multi-channel journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience in conducting rigorous multivariate testing and turning results into insights that can be actionable and scalable strategies
- Passionate about creating exceptional user experiences through the lenses of key metrics and business drivers
- Natural ability to make things happen while managing projects that are complex, interdependent, and ambiguous in a structured and focused manner
- Must be detail-oriented with an eye for overall user experience, and have excellent communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields required, experience in travel industry plus
