DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Scrum Master I to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology in Shoreview, MN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Business Insight: Leverage your understanding of business dynamics and market trends to help achieve the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Effective Communication : Develop and deliver messages that are clear and tailored to the needs of different audiences, ensuring effective information exchange.
  • Global Perspective: Consider global contexts and diverse viewpoints when addressing issues, ensuring solutions are inclusive and comprehensive.
  • Conflict Management : Navigate and resolve conflicts smoothly, minimizing disruptions and maintaining a productive environment.
  • Agile Systems Thinking : Apply a holistic analysis approach to understand how different parts of a system interact over time, ensuring sustainable and economically viable solutions.
  • High-Performance Teams : Foster the creation of Agile teams by applying essential skills and Lean-Agile principles to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Continuous Delivery Pipeline: Implement processes and automation that enable the continuous delivery of new functionalities from ideation to release, ensuring timely value delivery.
  • DevOps and Release on Demand: Establish DevOps practices and a continuous delivery pipeline to allow the organization to release value whenever needed to meet market and customer demands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. Agile Certification (Certified Scrum Master - CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Safe Scrum Master Certification (SSM) are preferred.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Experience working in a software development organization and in an Agile environment as a scrum master demonstrating knowledge and practical experience of the Lean methodology, principles and tools are preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have prior Scrum Master Experience.

Scale Agile Framework certifications are a plus.

Experience with data analytics / business intelligence is a plus.

Must have business function experience in one of the following functions: Finance, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, New Product, Quality, Reliability

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidates qualifications and experience, where appropriate.

Min Salary $86400

Max Salary $129600
