Membership Engagement Specialist

As a Membership Engagement Specialist, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for individuals and families at our Welcome Center. You'll provide outstanding customer service and act as a concierge for members, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include resolving member concerns, enhancing the member and program experience by communicating benefits and special initiatives, and completing administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you'll serve as a liaison between program staff and membership teams to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups for members and visitors.

  • A proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating activities or events.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems and completing administrative tasks with precision.
  • A warm and engaging demeanor, with the ability to connect effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive member information.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in external sales or customer service, especially in fast-paced, high-volume environments; hospitality industry experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with computers, including the ability to assist others with technical tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


  • Schedule is Tuesday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm
