***This will be a temporary role based at our office in Ridgefield Park, NJ with a hybrid schedule

Core Duties/Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:



  • Review and process escheat-eligible accounts
  • Prepare and maintain reports and logs
  • Prepare and submit wire requests and share movements
  • State Penalty Research and Abatement
  • Audit Requests
  • Correspond with internal/external stakeholders
  • Interact with various vendors
  • Assist with various project related activities on an as needed basis
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned



Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviors:



  • High School Diploma or the equivalent
  • Experience with financial transactions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel (beginner-to-intermediate)
  • High level of self-motivation and at ease working independently when necessary
  • Poised, works well under pressure and accomplishing short- and long-term deadlines with a heavy workload
  • Transfer Agent experience preferred



Compensation



  • 24.00 hourly
