The Clinical Nurse Director is responsible for the overall management and clinical performance of the surgery centers. This is a full-time opportunity that will provide leadership to all of the Summit Ambulatory Surgery Center locations. The role will be based at our Landmark Surgery Center in Woodbury, MN, but will require travel between the different locations and the Corporate campus.
Summit's hiring range for this position is $143,857.38 to $179,821.60 per year. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. Bachelors of Nursing (preferred)
Associates of Nursing (required) Experience
Post-basic Operating Room education, CNOR is desirable. (preferred)
5 years: Clinical management experience in a health-care setting. Previous experience working in a freestanding ambulatory surgery center is desirable. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience. (required) Licenses & Certifications
