General Summary of Position: As a member of the Health Services team, the Nurse Care Manager and Outreach Coordinator is responsible for providing broad case management services associated with specific student health care needs including but not limited to support of student referrals to specialty services outside of UML and to disease specific logistical support during times of public health initiatives. Triage and direct nursing care to students are also primary functions of the role. Position responsibilities include: Provides support of outside health care provider referrals:
