Masters Level Clinician (Full Time)

Rate of pay $70,000-$77,000 yearly

Location: Woonsocket, RI

If you are a Masters Level Clinician looking to be part of a team, then we have a position for you in our Community Support Program. You can help facilitate positive changes in the lives of adults experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use-related challenges. Within this program, Masters Level Clinicians work together with a multidisciplinary team to assist individuals living within the community grow, change, and recover by providing individual, couples, family, and group counseling. Master Level Clinicians also conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, participate in goal-setting/recovery planning activities, and facilitate coping skill development, psychoeducation, and safety planning.

Candidate should demonstrate high-level skills in engaging individuals, knowledge of a variety of psychotherapy techniques and modalities, multicultural awareness, ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Candidate should also demonstrate knowledge of relevant ethical and confidentiality guidelines in behavioral health practice, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a willingness to engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices/evidence-based practices in behavioral health care.

Preferred experience in community behavioral health services, use of electronic health records, and strong computer skills. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Education/Licensing Requirements:

Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field. An active RI provisional or independent mental health license (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCDP) is preferred. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance.
