Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Contracting Specialist for the Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services (EPASS HN 2) contract, supporting the USAF Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division, which is located at Lackland AFB, TX.

LOCATION: San Antonio, TX

JOB STATUS: Full-time; salaried

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret clearance with eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI

EDUCATION: MA/MS

CERTIFICATIONS: Relevant DAWIA/APDP certification desired

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 12 years relevant experience, of which 5 must be in DoD; or 15 years of relevant experience with BA/BS only, of which 5 years must be in DoD; or 20 years of relevant experience

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• US Government contract administration experience required
• CONWRITE experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support price/cost evaluation activities.
• Perform contract close-out activities.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data.
• Support clerical, administrative, and office operations.
• Perform training associated with contract activities.
