Department Information Job Summary
Provide service to customers for tickets to Georgia Tech athletic events to include operation of automated ticketing systems, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining associated records, coordinating ticketed admissions, managing secondary marketing efforts and overseeing overall sales and revenue strategy for all ticketed sports. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations.
