Job Summary The Art Center Program Coordinator is an integral member of a collaborative team, dedicated to providing exceptional support to students, faculty, and visitors at the Art Center. This role encompasses a broad range of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of daily activities and high service standards. With a deep understanding of the Art Center's offerings, policies, and procedures, this role proactively addresses issues, facilitates transitions between programs, and delivers comprehensive support across various functions. Job Responsibilities Include
Assist with collection and distribution of evaluations.
Experience, Education, & Skills Desired
Work Environment & Requirements Work Hours and Environment 37.5 hours per week; Sunday - Thursday. Sunday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, 11:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., with a 45-minute unpaid break.
