Description Position Summary The Clinician will design and direct the implementation of individualized behavioral/therapeutic treatment plans, goals, and methods of intervention made in conjunction with clinical, direct support, management staff and family or other support networks for the program participant. The Clinician provides direct clinical care services for program participants who have a history of problematic sexual behaviors through individual counseling sessions, community and residence direct interactions as well as through support network communication. A commitment to the RHD values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed. Essential Duties and Functions Direct Care:
