Role Overview:

The Global PLM Adoption and OCM Lead is a senior role responsible for driving Organizational Change Management (OCM) and adoption-related services across our global customer base, with a strong focus on PTC's PLM solutions. This individual will lead the adoption team, mentor cross-functional members, and establish best practices to ensure customers achieve full adoption and value realization from PTC's PLM offerings. The Global PLM Adoption and OCM Lead will partner closely with senior leadership, general managers (GMs), cross-functional teams, and customers to align the adoption practice with business goals and track adoption health through key adoption-driven metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver OCM and adoption services to customers in the US, applying proven change management strategies to enhance PLM adoption and value realization.
  • Develop and refine PLM adoption best practices to drive measurable value, ensuring consistency across the customer journey through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Mentor and coach cross-functional teams to foster knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Design and manage adoption reporting metrics (e.g., user engagement, system usage, and value attainment) to track customer progress and ensure PLM success.
  • Partner with GMs and senior leaders to provide regular updates on adoption efforts and ensure alignment with PLM business objectives.
  • Collaborate with customers' executive leadership, managers, and end users to facilitate a seamless adoption experience and successful implementations.
  • Lead OCM efforts in global system implementations, guiding customers from adoption readiness through value realization and ongoing success.
  • Promote PLM adoption by raising awareness, building desire, influencing knowledge, providing the ability, and reinforcing change through proven OCM methodologies.
  • Collaborate with product and VoC teams to close the customer feedback loop and ensure PLM solutions evolve based on user input.
  • Work with marketing teams to create adoption-driven collateral and develop customer success stories.
  • Partner with sales teams to position adoption-related services and equip them to drive adoption-focused sales motions with customers effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in PLM and global system implementations, with proven expertise in applying OCM methodologies to drive adoption and value realization, and a strong track record of managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.
  • 10+ years of experience implementing global systems for large organizations, with strong proficiency in PLM systems.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on coaching cross-functional teams in global PLM initiatives.
  • Experience engaging with diverse customer stakeholders, from executive leadership to end users, particularly in PLM environments.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and influence strategic decisions.
  • Plus, if you have an ALM and CAD background!
  • Plus, if you have experience in designing and managing adoption reporting systems that track key metrics such as user engagement, system usage, and value attainment.
  • Willing to travel 30% - 50%

What Success in this Role Looks Like:

  • Key customers are utilizing PTC's PLM solutions and expanded capabilities.
  • Positive customer health scores are demonstrated by increased adoption metrics and customer satisfaction.
  • OCM methodologies are applied consistently and shared across internal teams and partners.
  • Customers are willing to volunteer to give testimonials and success stories based on their positive experiences.
  • Customers are leveraging expanded PTC capabilities, positioning other PTC products to add value beyond PLM.

PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which include a candidate's background and experience, in determining salary for a position. Compensation will vary based on these factors, but PTC anticipates the salary range for this position to be between $120,000 - $180,000. The actual pay may be lower or higher depending on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location and may also include the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus. Additionally, every PTC employee has the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program which allows employees to purchase discounted PTC stock and, for eligible roles, an equity grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of PTC's benefits programs, employees may be eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and sick leave policies, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) contributions and employer match, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage and a generous commuter subsidy.
