THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Slot Technician to complete shop repairs, rebuild slot games, and complete hands-on training of all gaming devices and related systems while providing excellent guest service.

THE STARTING RATE: $23.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Performs repairs as needed on slot machines and related equipment focusing on customer service. Performs preventative maintenance, modifications, and relocation of slot machines and peripheral devices
• Coordinates with the Slot Operations staff to ensure maximum operating efficiency
• Circulates through assigned area performing repairs as necessary
• Ensures that all slot/storage areas are cleaned and organized
• Observes all DGE and company policies and procedures
• Responsible for the security of keys and all issued tools and equipment needed to perform the function of the position
• Completes all regulatory/operational documents thoroughly and legibly
• Assist with daily projects and maintenance on slot floor when necessary

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED
• One or more years of repairing slot gaming devices.
• Effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledgeable of electronic and slot equipment
• Extensive knowledge in all aspects of gaming device technology
• Proficient in using a computers
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong problem solving and listening skills
• Ability to function and act independently
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

THE PAY, PER SCHEDULE:

• Shifts could be: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM, or 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM (10 Hour Shift)
• Off: 3 consecutive days
